So you’ve got to buy me dinner now,’” Cano said. “He said, ‘OK, Saturday.’ I said, ‘You’ve got to take me to one of those special places.’ It’s good. He was here two weeks, didn’t pitch, and came back. It’s good, I like that. Guys, when they don’t pitch, they get their chance.”

I'd like RJG to find out what Cano considers to be "one of those special places." And I hope that one of them is in Scranton because that's where Noesi will be on Saturday.Rich Mahoganyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17078545531672950308noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-315155203706829641.post-38266346035034286442011-05-19T10:26:17.438-07:002011-05-19T10:26:17.438-07:00I believe Cano gave Hector some sunflowers to eat....I believe Cano gave Hector some sunflowers to eat. I mean the outcome ended up working in our favor, but that recipe had disaster written all over it.Fernando Alejandrohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11051242696406856273noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-315155203706829641.post-90347792960384917562011-05-19T07:56:18.504-07:002011-05-19T07:56:18.504-07:00They threw Noesi to the wolves and got away with i...They threw Noesi to the wolves and got away with it. It's hard to believe Noesi could spend 11 days on the roster without pitching, and then makes his debut in extra innings on the road.

No pressure Hector, but you're going to pitch until the game ends and you can't allow a single run to score while you face Major League batters for the first time. By the way, we only recently came off a 6-game losing streak and just blew a 1-0 lead in the 9th, so our fans will be infuriated with a loss. Good luck!Rich Mahoganyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17078545531672950308noreply@blogger.com
