I just hope in the final game the Yankees give it the send off it deserves.Fernando Alejandrohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11051242696406856273noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-315155203706829641.post-85735280214030626292008-09-21T09:29:00.000-07:002008-09-21T09:29:00.000-07:00I feel ya Quinn... I lived in New Jersey during all of my '20s, which happened to coincide with the great teams of the 90s and early 2000s and went to Yankee stadium more times than I can count. Every trip back to New York since then has included tickets to a Yankee game, and it will be weird and sad today watching all the coverage. I am looking forward to going to the new ballpark, but I will miss the ambiance that so many of these new ballparks lack (but make up for in comfort.)TribeGirlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09101096653072676142noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-315155203706829641.post-45084231735196122132008-09-21T00:30:00.000-07:002008-09-21T00:30:00.000-07:00honestly. im 19 years old. iv been to yankee stadi...honestly. im 19 years old. iv been to yankee stadium over 30 times in my life. tomorrow or tonight. depending how you look at it will be a sad night in my life. this stadium has so many memories in it, from my first baseball game to scoring tickets to the home run derby this year. im going to miss this place. but hopefully in 50 years i can look at the new stadium and witness the next generation of yankees win a couple of world series. goodbye yankee stadium. and for one last night. goodnight.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-315155203706829641.post-19874651660011177662008-09-20T20:40:00.000-07:002008-09-20T20:40:00.000-07:00The 2009 Yankees will be invincible after Brett Ga...The 2009 Yankees will be invincible after Brett Gardner learns how to send his flying bat into opposing team's dugout over and over again. <BR/>Nobody can beat the Yankees when every single player are Pavanoed.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-315155203706829641.post-18008542703451013762008-09-20T20:17:00.000-07:002008-09-20T20:17:00.000-07:00Maybe that's because the Big G, whose true identit...Maybe that's because the Big G, whose true identity is the Superman, is a little bit too careful when throwing the ball to his teammate with that universally famous tremendous power of his.
