Its Rangers and Cardinals

It was a litte strange following the Rangers/Tigers ALCS especially the Rangers victory in game 6. I couldn't help but think that that should have been the Yankees losing to the Rangers in game 6. But alas, we'll have to let that go. I still hold that we had an ALDS champion caliber team, but with cold bats, and an untimely performance digression by Sabathia here we are watching the Tigers, and not the Yankees, lose to the Rangers. But now as the Rangers and Cardinals get ready to face off in the world series we'll just have to immerse ourselves into football until the hot stove season begins.

Could this World Series BE any less interesting? And what happened to that guy who played Chandler? He had a good comedic rhythm.

Here is something Yankee-related: Scott Proctor is off the team! Yes! Also, we have not thrown out our manager and GM in a fit of self-destruction.

Football? No way. Hockey. Let's go Devils. (I know most Yankee Fans are also NY Ranger fans, but I'm a Jersey guy.)

Proctor is off? Thank God, Greyhound and Cashman he's gone. Now, if he can just jettison Boone and all those Logan's Runs he allowed...

And there's no getting rid of my favorite scapegoat, Rafael Soriano. But when it comes down to it, it wasn't our bullpen that lost us the season. It was our severe underspending. That's how we win in New York! Sign Pujols, Fielder, Wilson, Darvish, and anyone else who may command a hundred million dollars!
