The Good
The Yankees needed to beat the Red Sox, and they put in a team effort. In fact, all twelve pitchers on the active roster got in the game just so the team could pull out a win. Colon even pitched well enough not to blow it completely but also make clear he should return to the bullpen so that Nova can stay in the rotation. What a guy!
The Bad
No Red Sox players were hit by us in this game. I'm pretty sure we still owe them from something that happened that one time with that thing.
The Ugly
After the game Rafael Soriano was asked how he felt pitching out of the seventh. "You know what I don't get?" responded Soriano. "Hipster fashion. I mean, I get that your girlfriend is going to dress you, but does she have to dress you in her clothing? It's like they got lazy. Girlfriends, as a whole, just got lazy and now I'm not allowed to wear pants that fit. That's bull$#!%."
The Greed
The Yankees have decided to keep all the money to themselves, giving nothing to the kids. For shame!
