John Heyman is reporting that the Yanks have landed Burnett. In related news, shares of Manhattan's Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital were up at the close of today's trading. Is Pettitte next? Cameron? Manny? Only time will tell.
John Heyman is an interesting guy. He seems to be well connected.
In his Cameron-for-Cabrera hot stove update, he mentions that the Brewers were hoping Melky can shake off a bad sophomore season. This was a little odd since last year was Melky's third season in the majors. Minor errors aside, his hot stove updates can be fun to follow.
hahahahahahaha......82.5 mil for AJAX?!?! I think the yankees front office has lost their minds.
I think heyman has good connections because he has a really good relationship with scott boras. If you notice, he always has the first scoop on anything that has to do with a boras cliet.
If everything goes to plan *crosses fingers* the Yankees have one of the best rotations in the majors. With that, maybe the offense will feel a little less pressure and start hitting...maybe...
Hughes probably pitches over 100 innings. Perhaps 100 over, giving us 200 innings. It will be interesting to see if the offense picks up, but I suspect that it won't until the Yanks sign Manny.

Whats the over/under on innings pitched by Phil Hughes for the big league club this season? My guess is around 115..
