The Good
Jorge Posada was told he could catch again and responded by hitting a grand slam. Jeter also flexed the guns by hitting two home runs of his own. Javy threw another seven innings, allowing only three runs.
The Bad
Cano had one hit in today's game. Only one. Dropping his average a whole two points. #%&@ him!
The Ugly
Every time a Houston player puts on his uniform, he looks down at that proud logo and thinks, "#%&@! I play for Houston?! We're gonna #%&@ing lose today! We're gonna #%&@ing lose!"
Back to Basics
The Bombers have always had a simple philosophy when it comes to baseball: hit more home runs than the other guys. That's what they did today and that's why we won. Three home runs for the bombers, two for the captain and one for his first mate. Granted, the one home run was a grand slam. Would you like to hit a grand slam?
